7.41 First Impressions: Spring Cleaning Gone Too Far?

This is a historic Dota Version. For the first time in what feels like a decade, there are more mechanics removed from the game, than there are added. In many regards this Version is about polishing what was already in the game, rather than introducing something new and this type of game mechanics “Spring Cleaning” Adjustment was desperately needed. But has Valve gone too far?
